Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our shipping service is only available in the USA. International shipments are not made for any reason.

  • The shipping price to all of USA is free for purchases over $250, smaller purchases have a shipping cost of $15.00.

  • All purchase orders made through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies outside of Floractive México.

  • The delivery of the product will be made to the address indicated by the user in the account portal or to a different address provided by the user, which must be done at the time of confirming the order.

  • It is the user's responsibility to indicate the correct and complete address, starting with: street and number, your state and zip code.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package, through the tracking link that is sent to the email they registered for their purchase, this link contains the information of their package; status of the order as well as the transport company and tracking number.

  • Delivery time will be 5 to 10 business days, counting from the date the full purchase amount has been received.

  • In the event that the parcel does not arrive at the requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest parcel branch.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next day.

  • In the event that no one is there to receive the package at the address provided in the first or second visit, the package will be deposited in the nearest branch and will be left there for three business days, if not claimed. It will be returned to the Floractive.US warehouse and the customer must pay the cost of the return.

  • Product deliveries will be made only on business days and could take up to 10 business days in some cases.

  • All products will be packaged at no extra cost.

  • Within a maximum period of 72 hours following your online purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track the product. This policy does not apply to long weekends, holidays, weekends and other non-working days.

  • Upon receiving the product at the indicated address, the user is obliged to review the product. In case of any damage to the packaging, you must refuse to receive the package. The user must notify the delivery refusal within 2 business days via WhatsApp +1(951) 818-4707

RETURN POLICY​

  • Any clarification will only be received within the next 2 business days upon receipt of the product via WhatsApp +1(951) 818-4707. Once the status of the product and the purchase conditions are validated, the merchandise will be managed.

  • There are no exchanges or returns on products purchased on promotion or at a discount, night sales, special sales or on purchases made during the Black Friday.

  • There are no cash refunds. Refunds approved by Floractive.US will be in the form of electronic credit to be used only in the online store and apply only in the event that the product(s) received are found to be defective and without trace of having been used or damaged on purpose.

  • The above provisions apply to purchases made online and through official brand channels.
